DIY Chair Runners

What are Chair Runners?  They are just like Table Runners but for chairs and couches.  

Ever wanted to reupholster a chair but do not know how or think it's too expensive?  Well consider making just a "runner".   All the material only cost me 10 bucks!!!!

So let's see if the covers can revive my chairs.  ^__^

We have two wing chairs and an antique rocking chair passed down from his grandparents.  I wanted to reupholster the chair but it will cost way too much to have someone do it and I don't think I could do it myself, so I decided to make something to cover them up instead.

Hubby and I bought a new retro style couch but our puppy LOVES to get on the couch and leaves her hair all over, so I wanted to make a cover for it.  I have priced some of those Pet Covers but they are pricey, one that covers a big couch like ours would cost at least 60 bucks.
