Pinaholics Anonymous Meeting #5

Mother's Day is coming real soon, so I have decided to make this post all about Mother's Day gift ideas!


It's time for another PA meeting!


If this is your first time here, let me briefly explain to you what this is all about.  This is a new series I am starting to share what I have pinned to my boards on Pinterest that I find interesting and inspiring.  I will feature sewing related pins that may be tutorials, tips, tricks, or ideas (but I am partial to tutorials!)

Aprons are great gifts and for the moms that cook aprons can't go wrong!  Ginny over at Darling Adventures has a list of 25 different apron tutorials, pick one (or many) to make for your mom (or grandma)

Beside aprons, moms that cook need pot holders too, why not make a cute one (or a couple).  Check out this tutorial by Jessica Peck over at Sweetie Pie Bakery for this cute pot holder!







5th item on our meeting agenda: Farmer's Market Laminated Tote


Liz Johnson over at Sew 4 Home has this amazingly cute tote for those moms that love to shop at the farmer's market.






6th item on our meeting agenda: Peg Bag


Helen Rhiannon from All Sewn Up has a tutorial on making a Peg Bag, this is so simple but so useful!

Every woman has one of these, and this holder would be perfect!  Jessie over at Simple Dimples made this awesome holder that is sooo easy to make!






8th item on our meeting agenda: iPad Case

For those moms that are tech savvy, you can buy her an iPad or Tablet or eReader and then make her a case for it!!!  Katie over at The Crafty Blog Stalker has made this awesome case and she tells us where to get the pattern!
